OurScore is a collaborative mobile application that allows users to create, share, and track interactive "meters" for measuring progress toward shared goals. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• Creating and managing customizable meters
• Inviting others to collaborate on meters
• Posting updates that affect meter scores
• Commenting and reacting to posts
• Earning achievement badges
• Viewing score history and analytics (Premium feature)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

The App, including its design, features, and content created by OurScore, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Premium Subscription

OurScore offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store
• Premium features become unavailable upon subscription cancellation

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
